Laurel studied English and American literature & Arts at Exeter University and York University in Canada before studying Ceramics at Exeter College of Art & Design.
Laurel starts with the feel, balance and give of the clay; the texture inspires the form, shape colour and line. She creates a variety of slab, hand built and thrown decorative wares. From large textured pots to small thrown porcelain bowls. Laurel has exhibited nationally and works from her studio in Exeter.
